Cancellation Policy
✨ Cancellation & Booking Policy
• A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This goes toward your service but is not refundable under any circumstances.
• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. The booking fee remains non-refundable.
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the service total.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
• Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in a cancellation and fee.
• A card on file is required to book.
